What we collect and why
- Contact and audit requests: name, email, phone, company, message. Used to answer you and prepare a proposal. Kept 3 years after our last exchange.
- Call booking: name, email and chosen slot, via Cal.com. Kept 3 years after our last exchange.
- AI kit launch list: first name and email, based on your consent, until you unsubscribe (at most 3 years without contact).
- AI kit purchases: identity, email, country, billing details and licence code, to deliver, invoice and support. Kept for the legally required accounting period.
We never sell your data. Card payments are processed by Stripe: we never see your card details.
Service providers
Hostinger (website and automation hosting, Cyprus), Hetzner (CRM hosting, Germany), Cal.com (booking, USA), Google Workspace (email), Stripe (payments), Zoho (invoicing). Transfers outside the UK and EU rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
With your consent given in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure our audience (pages viewed, traffic source, device type). Its cookies (_ga, _ga_*) last 13 months at most and data is kept 14 months. Without your consent, no analytics cookie is set. We use no advertising cookies. Strictly necessary storage is also used: your cookie banner choice and your cart, stored locally in your browser. Any future advertising tool will only run with your consent. The booking tool (Cal.com) loads only when you open the booking window.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time: contact@agence-buzzle.com. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) or to your local data protection authority, such as the CNIL in France.
